Pilfers and Deal's Gone Bad stole the show

by Ritchey on 11/16/09Showcase Live - FoxboroSeeing such iconic groups of the ska genre all at one show was phenomenal. At just over $2 per band it was such a great value as well. People of all ages and walks of life were at this show. Being a long time fan of this music I was really happy to see this, as I am starting to feel like the old guy at the edge of the floor when I go to some shows. Some of my favorite bands were playing ( the Pilfers, voodoo glow skulls, and the toasters) And I really enjoyed a band that I had not heard before (deal's gone bad) I'll look for their CD's next time i go to a Music store! (would have bought at the show but i don't carry much cash... damn plastic!)

by skaggot on 11/15/09Showcase Live - FoxboroAll the bands I saw were solid and good. My only complaint is that the audio on the vocals was a little too high and distorted. But Showcase Live is a freakin cool venue.
