    Phantom as ballet not a good idea

    Considering that The Phantom of the Opera revolves around an opera house with a musical genius training the up-and-coming star, telling the story through ballet was not effective. As for the performance, it could have been much better rehearsed. There were several numbers in which the dancers were off-beat and out of sync with each other. Considering the cost of the tickets, I do not feel the performance measured up.

    Dance Alive National Ballet was extraordinary.

    We have seen Phantom of the Opera a number of times but never like this. The performance of dance brought out all the emotion and enjoyment I had while watching the Original in New York City. What an extraordinary performance the Dance Alive National Ballet gave.
