    Awesome

    by Paul on 12/10/23

When I saw Pat Benatar in July in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania it was like going back in time because I waited 35 years to see her in concert her voice still rings out like it did in the '80s. Truly remarkable and a Class Act

    Add a guitar

by James B. on 10/10/23Mullett Arena - Tempe

Pat's voice is still quite strong. She has to adjust here and there to compensate, but it was still good. If you are a fan, I would definitely say go see the show. Giraldo overcompensates with his guitar riffs to make up for the one guitar band sound. At times the backing music felt hollow. I felt like they should have a backup guitarist to fill out the sound. Other than that, it was good. Their cover of Helter Skelter was awesome!

    Great Concert except...

by LVNick on 10/5/23Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas

Pat Benatar was great. Her voice, looks and presence on stage was spot on and worth every penny. My beef is with her husband Neil G. No doubt he is truly a great guitarist, but his guitar was often as loud as Pat's voice and actually diminished his presence. After the concert I played about 4 of the songs and his guitar was more subtle and added to the fullness of the song. Also nearly every song had a extravagant guitar flourish at the end of the song and they really sounded to similar to justify their frequency. Sometimes less is more Neil. If those were left out we may have had more songs from their large selection of classic hits. Recently I have seen Journey and Foreigner and they both played most of their hits (which is really why we go to the concerts) and just one or two new pieces . From talking with other concert goers of my generation we attend for nostalgia and reliving the past/youth. It really is about your fans. We love what you have created and shared with us and truly want just that.

Palms theater is a very intimate and perfect venue. Pat & Neil put on a great show. Neil truly is one of the great guitarist of our time and Pat is truly a gifted vocalists. On a side note the opening act Chris Trapper is truly a gem as a vocalist and songwriter. Entire show was excellent.

    Pat Benatar Still Rocks!

by DanO on 10/3/23Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas

Pat Benetar and Neil Geraldo still rock after all these years. Pat is now 70 years old but her voice is still the voice you fell in love with back in the late 70's and 80's. Pat sounded great. Neil adds great guitar licks throughout the show and has always been an impressive guitar player. Their bass player has been with them for 30 years and fits right in on all their hits. The drummer was a newbie hired in July of 2023 but obviously is a very accomplished drummer. The set list was very impressive too. They played all the hits I wanted to see except "Fire and Ice"and "Hit Me With Your Best Shot". The later they simply do not play live anymore due to the nation's gun violence problem. With that said, the setlist was excellent and kept you rockin' all night. I won't ruin the final encore song by naming it but wholly molly folks, Neil's blistering guitar solo to one of their biggest hits ever is simply a show-stopper. Get ready to throw water on him as he catches fire!!
