    epic

Fantastic, Epic, unbelievable--no better words to describe it. If you enjoyed Stomp, check this show out. While some elements are obviously 'normal' musical instruments just inside a creative set, the overall sound and choreography is truly breathtaking. The creativity in creating some of the sounds (spinning plastic hoses over their head so the end creates a 'whistle'--and having hoses of different lengths that then harmonize as they spin them...) combined with the sheer volume and magnitude of action on stage is unbelievably engaging.

I have to say that I dont get out much but i am so glad I saved it for this show. It was absolutely amazing.. I loved it in many ways. From the creativity of the instruments to the humor and showmanship to the most beautiful music that you'll never hear performed anywhere else! I'm sure I'll see it again someday. Amazing Pandemonium!!

by Dragonfly123456 on 11/20/10Royce Hall - UCLA - Los Angeles

From the creators of "Stomp" has come another extremely high quality production. The musicians/percussionists are top notch and well-rehearsed. Pandemonium it is, but perfectly performed. Loved the rhythm of the drums. Loved the humor and fun spirit as well. Liked the vocal/choral parts near the end of the second half. The guys playing glasses were incredible!! The group playing the saws was tremendous as well. This show is different enough from "Stomp" so that it is hard to make comparisons, which I think is a good thing. Go see "Pandemonium;" you won't be disappointed!!!

Pandemonium was spectacular! I had seen two shows of STOMP in SF about a decade ago, so I wasn't sure if Pandemonium would be the same. However, not only is Pandemonium different in style and theme, but it surpassed STOMP in every way. I highly recommend it, and would see if again whenever it comes back.

    Pandemonium was fantastic

by LittleMsLu on 11/19/10Royce Hall - UCLA - Los Angeles

I surprised my husband with tickets for Pandemonium. We had seen Stomp many years ago in Paris and loved it. This new show was raw and gritty and urban and fantastic! The energy, the music, the fact that music was created out of such unexpected instruments, the humor, the performance, all were A+! Don't miss it!

    Pandemonuim was off the Hizzy

by MathDoctor on 11/19/10Royce Hall - UCLA - Los Angeles

We had great seats, but almost any seats would have been good. The energy and force of the players was awesome. They kept their energy and verve throughout. The entire show was a blend of music of all varieties and I was constantly amazed at the new sounds that could be generated with common household items.
