Great music for almost nothing
by Jonathan67 on 10/12/12Library of Congress - WashingtonThe program consisted of Dvorak, Schoenberg, and Brahms. The music was on a really high level. I am not good at remembering and describing music, especially sophisticated classical music, but you can take my word that these are professionals playing the works of great composers. The venue is great because, although the Coolidge Auditorium is very big, the rows are staggered upward. The person in front of you is always below you, no matter where you're sitting, and you have an unobstructed view. If you haven't gone to any of these performances before, the price is like nothing, but the quality is worth paying, like, $30 or $50. The performers are really accomplished. They've often won awards for their work. This is, like, the best deal in town that I cannot recommend enough.
