Ottawa Senators History
The original Ottawa Senators were founded in 1883 and were one of the founding teams of the NHL during its early years, winning 11 Stanley Cup Championships between 1903 and 1927. When the NHL started to expand to the U.S., the Senators were sold to St. Louis and became the Eagles, but the team shuttered after one year. The second incarnation of the Senators joined the NHL in 1992. The Senators have since gone on to make the Stanley Cup Playoffs 16 times.

The Ottawa Senators’ 2023–24 regular season kicks off in October at PNC Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina, when the Senators face off against the Carolina Hurricanes. The Senators will also participate in the 2023 NHL Global Series — hosted at Avicii Arena in Stockholm, Sweden — with matches against the Detroit Red Wings on November 16 and the Minnesota Wild on November 18. 90 minutes to get off the parking lot after the games!!!
Other than the Senators losing, the game experience was incredible. Entertainment from the time we got there to an hour after the game watching Steamy Boots performance at Bert's Bar.
From the time we entered the parking pre game until we left it was a great experience. Easy to get to the arena. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy entry into the game. Lots of fun in game entertainment. Hoping that next year The Sens get some better bounces. They are fun to watch despite some of the tough losses this year.
First ever Sens game and it was great! All personnel at the arena were so kind, helpful and friendly. The game was an exciting overtime win for the Sens. Lots of fun entrainment between whistles and periods. Definitely would go to more games in the future.
Was in a box and was great service great atmosphere good I used to come all the time but now have Toronto tickets
We had a great evening, the only downfall was being unable to find a vegan meal. All the staff we spoke to had no idea if any options were available.
Great environment ! Great fans ! Always a good time making the trip to watch the Sens
Had so much fun watching the sens beat the maple leafs! The atmosphere was amazing and the crowd was so loud and into the game! I’ve been to many games and this was the best one good fast hockey! Entertained the family all night, lots of laughs loud cheering and good times were made at CTC on saturday ! Thank you 🙏🏻
Please order more game picks for the sell out markets such as Toronto, Montreal and Boston. The game was a Christmas gift and it would’ve been nice to have a souvenir but they were sold out by the time I found where they were selling them.
It was a light hearted skating day geared towards children, with multiple levels and ages of hockey players competing. Are we the only ones who thought it was exclusively a professional hockey team's skills competition? We had fantastic seats in the 100 section, right behind the goalie net. We obviously did not read the details correctly, my nine year old grandson snoozed off and on. Bring your visa $$$
