    Brilliant!

by Antje on 1/11/22Apollo Theater - Chicago

This show was absolutely brilliant! If you haven't seen the movies it's not for you, but if you have seen them, this is just awesome! You can see the movies roll in your head during the show, good impressions are so good! Some of his voices and body language are dead on, others are very close. I personally was most impressed by his Palpatine. I cannot imagine how this guy can still have the energy to do this and, more importantly, still have fun doing it after 20 years, but he very obviously does. I hope he never loses his love for Star Wars!

It was such a fun way to take a look back through the Star Wars movies. Took my friend who is a huge fan and he also really enjoyed himself.

    Absolutely Amazing.

by Christie M. on 10/20/21Fox Cities PAC - Appleton

This show waa absolutely amazing. It was funny, so well put together, and a great time out for everyone. Every joke was spot on, the miming was perfect, and his impressions were hilarious. All I saw was a tiny clip of the show on his website before ordering tickets, which was so funny, so I thought I was prepared for what was going to happen, but nothing could have prepared me for the amount of movement. I think I got a workout just watching him! Plus, this was the first time back in the theater not just for the audience but for the preformer as well which made it that much more special. Go see the show! You won't regret it. I'll be following his tour dates from now on to see more shows for sure!

    Creative and Funny

by Ben on 10/19/21Fox Cities PAC - Appleton

I thought the show was great for 1 person to do voices, actions and then throw in some comedy in there too. The way he portrayed Jabba was pretty funny. To get through the 3 movies was impressive.

Loved the opportunity to do a Star Wars related activity on May the 4th. Performance was very well done and the actor was extremely personable. Highly recommend the Effingham Performance Center and all its staff.

Second time even better than the first

by J9artK on 1/18/16Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

The first time I saw the "One Man Star Wars" Show was at Kean University. I was blown away by his energy and ability to not only do each character, but objects and actions (blowing up). You are engaged the entire time and can't take your eyes of him. You will laugh and applauded at the impressions and his humorous anecdote. NEW aspect that enhanced his show was the lighting. It gave even more life to characters and help set the mood. You may want to watch the original Star Wars Trilogy (4,5,6) just to brush up. Bonus: Found out he also does Lord of the rings trilogy, and dark knight trilogy

Definitely Worth the Price of Admission

by EK123 on 1/18/16Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

We thought this show was different and quite good. Other than the lighting, there are minimal special effects but the way Charles Ross does dialog and sound effects (even R2-D2) and acts out the original Star Wars trilogy is pretty amazing and includes a fair amount of humor as well. He also talks to the audience a bit telling them the history of it - he has been doing it for fifteen years. He also does one-man shows of The Lord Of the Rings, and the Dark Knight. He indicated it was his first time in New Jersey and we are hoping he returns for the other shows. He is one of a kind, so we would recommend grabbing the opportunity to see him if he comes to a location near you.

    No man to One Man

by SeptemberDance on 1/18/16Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

Noisy, ridiculous, childish, and not at all funny. And...if you sit in the front row, prepare to get wet with his spit. I wasted my money and my time.

The force is strong with this one

by Anonymous on 4/27/13Squitieri Studio Theatre - Gainesville

I loved it! I'm a big Star Wars fan and this one man show is awesome. Reminded me of my brother and I running around our basement reenacting pivotal scenes but with a comical twist. His Jaba impression was my favorite. High energy. Highly entertaining. Highly recommended for any Star Wars junkie. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I think it would be totally lost on anyone who is not familiar with the saga. No - I'm changing my rating but I'll add the caveat that if you don't know The Trilogy, don't buy tickets to the One Man Trilogy (unless of course you're treating someone who does).
