One Kapamilya Go! Tickets

It's the first time that the One Kapamilya Go event was held in the East Bay, particularly at the Oracle Arena, Oakland. It was also our first time to attend the concert event. It was more than what we expected. We were not disappointed at all. It was fun and exciting to watch the concert unfold and also to observe the people's reaction and their idiosyncracies. My wife and I had fun and are looking forward to next year's event. Hopefully, they will have it again at the Oracle Arena. The security staff of the venue had great control of the crowd. There was no untoward incident from the start until the end of the concert.

One Kapamilya Go 2013 is an important night for the event, marking the first time in the event's 6 year history that it was held in the East Coast. Its significance is not only evident to the Filipino-American community but to the city of Newark as well when Cory Booker signed a declaration celebrating the event and the positive impact the community has contributed to the city of Newark. The event itself started slow due to some some last minute preparations, but quickly picked up soon after. During the days leading to the event, advertisements showed the event to be well worth anyone's money and it stays true to its message. With a variety of singers, actors and performers, OKGO 2013 has something to offer for every member of the audience. The event had many attendees, but the space reserved for the event may have been too large. Some audience members were relocated to other seating areas during the event, missing part of the event that some members were really looking forward to watching. Fortunately for them, most of the attendees relocated were moved to seats of a higher price value than their original seating. Despite the slow start, OKGO 2013 may be the best Filipino entertainment event in the entire East Coast yet. Its success may hopefully be the beginning of a tradition to hold such an enjoyable and memorable event in a yearly basis.

I thought the dance numbers and songs selected were excellent. It was a very lively and entertaining show. I was surprised to see and hear Richard & Maya from TFC' "Take care of My Heart" singing together. The finale of show using ABBA song medley was my favorite.

It was my first time attending such an event... Was pleasantly surprised... Enjoyed myself more than I expected...

it was spectacular especially when those the voices contestant came out and the duet of bamboo and yeng is awesome.
