    Not Pleased

by Vee on 9/6/22Coney Island Amphitheater - Brooklyn

Every year I look forward to this concert. This year it was not good. The line up was disappointing. The sound system was off. Also there were no seats. This year we had to pay extra for “VIP seats”?! What sense does that make??? I’ve already paid $100+ for tickets now I need to pay more to sit down when the venue has seats. No seating should have been communicated. Also, only one bathroom was open…you miss part of the show going from one bathroom to then the other side of the venue for the one that’s open…these things need to be worked on!

    Disappointed

by Syn on 9/6/22Coney Island Amphitheater - Brooklyn

I go every yr to this concert and this has been one of the worst ones. From not having seat, to the sound coming on and off in the back and not having more artist. It was just not what I paid for. Hopefully next year is better.

Definitely not worth the ticket price

by Candice on 9/5/22Coney Island Amphitheater - Brooklyn

I am so happy I received a free ticket for this event. First off i think it wasn't right to charge the females $10 for a clear bag to put their things in if their bag was oversized. Something like that couldve been easily told to ticket holders. Hot dogs and chicken fingers w/fries were the only 2 items for purchase to eat with all that liquor? Madness. It just seemed like a backyard party ppl paid over $100 for. With the sound and lighting being so bad as well. They could've done a lil bit better especially with the nice artists they had performing. Maybe my expectations were too high because it was Hot 97🤷🏽‍♀️

    TAX ON WOMEN

    by D. B. on 9/5/22Coney Island Amphitheater - Brooklyn

The concert was nice, but nowhere on the website for the event or the venue was it mentioned that you had to purchase a clear bag for $10.00 to swap out your bag for a smaller 'APPROVED' BAG. And depending on where you were lucky enough to find a parking spot, you had to walk back to your car to store your original bag. THIS WAS JUST A MONEY GRAB!

    Concession Stand Lines Too Long

by SlightlyDissappointed on 9/5/22Coney Island Amphitheater - Brooklyn

The concession stand lines were ridiculously long. Over 1 hour on the inside only to have the person behind the counter disappear completely, never to return. Then we went over to the Bacardi Bar across the pit, long line, several people cutting the lines. It was definitely understaffed. The folks at the Bacardi Bar were definitely more professional, makes me wonder if they were managed by a different group.
