Qwest Center Omaha Box Office hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Omaha Music Hall box office does not open until 1 1/2 prior to the event.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Checks are not accepted.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than 1 1/2 hours prior to the performance at the Omaha Music Hall Box Office. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number. Tickets will only be given to cardholder, no alternate persons picking up tickets wil be allowed.

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility. Outside food or beverage is not allowed. Omaha Music Hall is a smoke free facility. Patrons may be subject to security checks.

Children Rules:

For most events everyone needs a ticket. For shows intended for young audiences, please check event or call the Box Office regarding ages allowed on lap.
