About

Young Philly upstarts Moosh & Twist, a.k.a. Team OCD, are already touring the country with their pop-infused brand of hip hop, and they don't even have an album out yet. Sure, their mixtapes have received more than 100,000 downloads and their YouTube view count is in the millions, but it's small fries to the success they can expect when their much-anticipated debut LP drops in 2014. Whether they're headlining the show or opening up for White Panda, Hoodie Allen, or Wale, Moosh & Twist always bring the energy and ruckus, signaling big things to come as they hit the road for more tour dates in 2014.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Philadelphia natives Dequincy "Moosh" Coleman McRae and Oliver "Twist" Feighan met in the first grade, forming a bond over their love of music that found its natural outcome in Team OCD: Moosh & Twist. Recording their first hip hop track by eighth grade and releasing their debut mixtape Up Before The World by the end of high school, the precocious young duo built a fast following in their hometown that quickly translated to national attention. Their third mixtape The Vestibule, released in 2012, brought them more attention than ever, leading to tour dates across the country as both a headliner and a supporting act for artist like Hoodie Allen. With their debut full-length due out in 2014, Moosh & Twist are poised for their biggest year yet.

Moosh & Twist never disappoint. each show is packed with energy and is so much better than the last. These two make the crowd feel like they're on stage with them. They performed a huge setlist of classics & new songs. This show was a perfect way to end 2015 and a great way to show what lies ahead in 2016.

    Ground Up steals the show

by LC336 on 3/10/15Cone Denim Entertainment Center - GREENSBORO

I came to the show to see Ground Up, I'd never heard of Moosh & Twist so I checked out some of their songs online before the show. Not bad, but it's not the style of hip-hop I prefer. The opening group was a local group from NC and they almost ruined it for me. Just really bad all around. Then Ground Up came onstage and all was well. Really low-key guys who put on a dope show. They are severely underrated. I couldn't stay for Moosh & Twist as it happened to be one of the most important days of the year (Carolina/Dook basketball game).

Great show. Very energetic! Some of the fans were idiots - but I guess you get that anywhere.

Moosh & Twist always put on a great show

by CathAlyse on 6/22/14Chameleon Club - Lancaster

This was my third time seeing them on their Living Out Loud tour and every time is just as good, if not better, than the last. Their energy level is always 110% and their stage presence is on point. They just radiate positive vibes that spread to the audience. I would definitely see these two over & over. Met them after the show again and they're always so sweet. They actually make you feel like a friend, unlike some artists that just take a cold picture and move on to the next one. Moosh and Twist always have smiles on their faces and give the best hugs.
