    A Very Magical Nocturnal Weekend

by shellstr on 9/12/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Absolutely incredible 3 days of camping and dancing. Armin, Audien, Galantis, W&W, Kaskade, Duke Dumont, and Madeon were particularly phenomenal. The water park was great too to cool down and dance party through the day. The silent disco was also poppin' as usual.

    Nocturnal Exceeded My Expectations

by RandomWhiteDude on 9/11/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

I have been to the San Manuel Amp before many years prior to this Nocturnal, and it was satisfactory. Knowing what the venue was like I was very apprehensive to attend Nocturnal since it had moved to that venue. Before this year my last Nocturnal was 2011 when it was still at the NOS events center; but this year by far was better than that. The dynamic between attendees and each other, as well as attendees and police was of a massive respect. This was the best Nocturnal I have ever been to, and I have gotten a few under my belt since I began my ascent into the EDM scene. Keep it up Insomniac, see you at ESCAPE!

An unforgettable experience to say the least

by Lifesgood24 on 9/10/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Only attended nocturnal wonderland on day three, which was Saturday and all I can say is that I've been in awe ever since. this was the first rave I have gone to and let's just say I'll be back! The venue was packed with people but yet for the first time ever anyone I encounter was friendly as possible.

    Wonderful

by nadiacat8 on 9/9/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

In all honesty I was not expecting to have the amazing time I did. The event itself was unforgettable and pure fun. There are more positive things I can say than negative ones. I would recommend this event to anyone who wants to try it but please take a mask it gets pretty dusty.

    A 44 year old's perspective

by Ralniv on 9/9/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

This was my first EDM rave and it was a phenomenal experience. The energy level, the music, the lights, the dancers, the stages... they were all amazing. The staff did a great job directing traffic in and out of the venue and were helpful once you got inside. I splurged for the VIP tickets and have absolutely no regrets. The VIP lounge next to the Labyrinth stage was wonderful - no crowding, air conditioned (and reasonably clean) bathrooms, and a dedicated bar. There were a few areas where Nocturnal could have been better... (1) not enough rest rooms in the GA area (VIP area was fine in this regard) (2) alcohol was far too expensive. Now I know why people were drinking in the parking lot. (3) no wifi hot-spots! I would think you could get one of the cell carriers as a sponsor - free wifi and they advertise their brand. Even the VIP area didn't have wifi.

    Dissappionting

by Captoshu on 9/9/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

my friend and i also got the 4 day camping tickets. we end up spending more time in jail than at the event because the sheriffs there assumed everyone was on drugs and they wouldnt test us to prove our innocence. we tried to make the best of it and then we found out the event ended at 2 am instead of 6am like EDC Las Vegas.

Awesome party - but seem scaled back

by jsanchud on 9/9/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

I attended Sunday. It wasn't crowded, no long lines, easy security line, but the festival stages seemed a little lackluster for a 20th anniversary. I expected a bit more production but it seems like INSOMNIAC decided to save $ here and there...some of the stages were basically wooden cut-outs that were painted and they re-used props like the buddah to make a stage. wasn't as impressive as other festivals.

    Bassnectar at Nocturnal!!!

by Superspoolinsrt4 on 9/9/15San Manuel Amphitheater formerly Glen Helen Pavilion - San Bernardino

Show was awesome, bathroom line were not bad. Worst part was getting home and finding out they charged me double for a 11.50$ beer. NOT COOL AT ALL!!! Use cash only for everything. If you must use card check your account right away. This second time this has happens at a festival.
