Nicki Minaj is a multi-platinum-selling rapper from the island of Trinidad. After being discovered by Lil Wayne in the late 2000s, Minaj signed with Young Money Entertainment and quickly began breaking records — becoming the first female artist to top Billboard’s Hot Rap Songs chart in nearly a decade thanks to her 2010 single “Your Love,” which was featured on her Grammy-nominated debut studio album Pink Friday. That album took the music industry by storm, delivering the Diamond-certified smash “Super Bass” and introducing fans to the rapper’s penchant for alter egos among her blistering lyricism and rapid-fire flow. Considered one of the greatest female rappers of all time, some of Minaj’s biggest singles include “Starships,” the Grammy-nominated “Anaconda” and “Chun-Li.” She scored her first solo No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2022 with “Super Freaky Girl” — the lead single off her fifth studio album, 2023’s Pink Friday 2.

    "I'm very disappointed to have waited for Nicki Minaj for 3 hours because I was with my goddaughter and niece who were eagerly waiting to see their show. We had to leave because she had school the next day and public transportation was closing. Plus, there was no message during the wait. I'm truly very disappointed, and what can I say about my nieces?"

    I've never been to a concert where the headlining performer was off stage as much as she was. Like I said, fantastic when she was on, but I didn't pay $250 a ticket for her to spend most of the show in costume changes.

    This was an amazing experience. The show started on time. Nicki’s energy was amazing and she dancing, her mic was on. Her stage was absolutely beautiful. Her dancers was amazing. There are not enough words, the show was wonderful and a must see.
