Nicholas David Tickets

This has been our Christmas tradition these last 3 years and we have lived it every time!

Attended Nicholas David's annual St. Nick show at the Pantages in Minneapolis on Dec. 4. The show began with a group of music students from Perpich School of Performing Arts who were fantastic. They were the highlight. While there were bright spots with Nicholas' voice, it was difficult to hear him at times because the sound was mixed so poorly. There were moments when it sounded like some band members mics weren't even on and others when the instruments were turned up way too high. It had the feel of a private party where a handful of people in the audience who were friends with the band were in on some inside jokes, and the rest of us were just awkward 3rd wheels. All in all, it was disorganized and kind of a mess from beginning to end. Wouldn't recommend to someone who was a fan of his on The Voice if you're looking for a big vocal performance.

Please come out from behind the keyboards Nicholas! Nicholas David can take over an audience with a powerful, soulful and fun voice! But, I would like to see him interact with the audience more by getting up and leaving the keyboards or even turning the keyboards so we can watch him play. The show was amazing in parts but, a bit disjointed when entering guest acts during the performance. Also, Nicholas periodically used a music stand as a crutch on several new and seasonal songs which was also distracting. But, when he belts out a song, look out or when he sings a soft lullaby he makes it all worth it!

Excellent performance by this bluesy soulful former finalist from the Voice. He performed a combination of original songs and covers. He sings from the heart with his beautiful voice.. We wish it had been better publicized because the audience was small..

He has the most unusual and marvelous voice. He sang a variety of songs and his band was terrific. They powered through a broken drum stand with humor and cleverness. People got up and danced on several songs and everyone had such a great time. I got a chance to meet him after the show and he is so warm and gracious. Totally go and see him if you get the chance.

We were very disappointed that there was not much actual Christmas music at the event billed as 'Christmas At The Fitzgerald'. There were only two performers who actually sang festive Christmas songs. Should not advertise as Christmas theme when very little of the music played was not Christmas music.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Nicholas David concert at the Fitzgerald. We also enjoyed the Minnesota talent in the first half. It was all a very entertaining evening with great voices and music!

Nicholas David gave a great performance Saturday night at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul. He played a variety of songs-- Christmas and otherwise. The entertainment was non-stop and exciting as he performed in front of a gorgeous set of Christmas trees and a beautiful starry sky. Nicholas has a beautiful velvety voice that never fails to please. It was a wonderful evening that definitely put me in the Christmas spirit.

This was the second year we have seen this show and it is my favorite Christmas event.

The concert was fantastic! Nicholas David did not disappoint! It was such a laid back, comfortable setting and the performance was completely enjoyable!
