Good show - needed better atmosphere

by Theater lover on 8/11/19Kimberly Clark Theater Fox Cities Pac - Appleton

The talent in the show was good. The scenery changes were awkward and and the sound/action that happened off stage was super distracting. The mics were also overpowered by the sound of the band.

Great story - some really great actors!

by J. N. on 8/11/19Kimberly Clark Theater Fox Cities Pac - Appleton

Actresses playing Natalie and Diana were fantastic. The "boys" weren't bad, either. The set worked/looked great in the smaller theater. It was a bit hard to hear spoken words sometimes. Natalie looked like she was having issues with her speaker headset...but that girl sure can SING! Very enjoyable 3 hours despite the difficult content. As always, Fox Cities PAC and its help are top-notch.

i knew nothing about this play before i went. except that the subject matter was dark. this show was great, and the music was enjoyable. how can you have an enjoyable music covering such a dark theme? i dunno, but they did. if you like musical theater, then yes, check this one out.

    Wonderfully done!

This was a superbly done show that gave me great insight into bipolar disorder and how the mind of someone with that mental illness works. I laughed and cried. It was such a wonderful show.

    Great show great theatre

by SalfromVirginia on 5/13/15Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

We Loved the show, The performance was great and the theatre seats were good no matter where you sat. We go to Broadway periodically and this theatre had better seating capabilities, that is to say that it didn't matter where you sat, the view of the stage would be good from anywhere in the house. This was a Broadway quality performance. I would definitely come back to see a show here.

The best piece of theater I have scene in a long time. Moving, heart-wrenching, raw and real! Lauren Kennedy and the rest of the cast were superb! Bravo to NC Theatre for having the courage to stage this wonderful production!

    Great show, lousy seats

by Anonymous on 5/12/15Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh

Great performance, wonderful cast, terrific music. My only complaint was my seat should have been sold as an obstructed view. A kind usher let me take an empty seat.
