    Neurosis was amazing!

by H. M. on 8/13/19Theatre of Living Arts - Philadelphia

I like seeing bands at the TLA since it’s a a smaller venue, it’s more personal. Friendly staff, no problems getting in/out, move around freely inside. I haven’t seen Neurosis since 1995’ish so I wasn’t missing a chance to see them again. They were so freakin’ amazing!🖤

Neurosis were ACES. as was Amenra. Converge were better than I thought they would be. Went to the show just to see Neurosis, but all 3 bands impressed me!!!!!

This May Have Cracked The Top 5 of "All-time Best"

    by Smacman7 on 8/3/15Liberty Hall - Lawrence

Openers: The Body: I couldn't really get into these guys, lots of distortion and inaudible yelling. Short set, maybe 20 minutes. Brothers of the Sonic Cloth: I had no idea what to expect from these guys (and Girls), I knew Tad Doyle was the Frontman, but that was about it. They were really good, really, really good! Neurosis: The last time I saw Neurosis was the last time they toured the interior of the States, back in 1999, wow, has it been that long? Same venue also, Liberty Hall in Lawrence KS. Traveled 3 hours from Omaha back then, traveled 3 hours for this show, and was mildly considering driving up to Minneapolis so I could see them the following night. That should give you a sense of how I felt about this show. I will have to let it sink in a while before making it official, but I may position this show in the "Top 5" All-Time shows- I'm 44 and have seen alot of shows from all different genres, so that is an exclusive list. It was melodic, atmospheric, and melt your face off heavy. Sometimes it was just balls out rock and roll jamming. Neurosis is just plain GREAT live. They always have been and I assume if they get to a point where they are not, they will quit. I, along with many people in my vicinity were on an hour and forty-five minute emotional roller coaster. One minute I would be grinning from ear to ear watching a masterclass lesson in musicianship and the next I would get a sudden urge to punch my friend in the neck as they dropped some blistering riffs. GO SEE THIS TOUR. I almost passed and I am grateful I did not. The only negative was I had to purchase my ticket from Ticketmaster...oops did I just say that.

    Amazing Show

    by Number1toolfool on 8/3/15Liberty Hall - Lawrence

From the moment the band opened with 'A Sun that Never Sets', I knew I was in for a treat. It was loud, so much energy and the band was on point with all of the songs. One of my favorite shows I've ever been to, hands down.

    Stunning

by MGDMW on 8/3/15Liberty Hall - Lawrence

Neurosis. ... stunning, cathartic, primal. Amazing set worth the openers The Body and Brothers of the Sonic Cloth. BOTSC killed it as well.

Arguably the best live band ever.

by Belvedere666 on 7/25/13Henry Fonda Music Box - Los Angeles

I've seen Neurosis somewhere around 10 times in my 38 years. First time was around 1989/90 in a tiny club in Long Beach. My 15 year old mind was blown. I've jumped at the chance to see them every single time i could catch them since. I've missed a few but i've savored every minute of every show i've been able catch. They are arguably one of the best live bands in the history of hardcore/punk/metal. Everyone should experience Neurosis at least once in their lives.

    Neurosis >

by Howzah on 1/7/13The Fonda Theatre - Hollywood

Been waiting a long time to see this band live and they did not disappoint. They left it all on the stage that night. It was an honor to watch them perform on stage. Savage Republic also did a fantastic job as the opening act.

    simply amazing!!

by slabwagon on 1/6/13The Fonda Theatre - Hollywood

The theater was well organized and we were able to get through security without an issue. We had awesome seats for what had to be the BEST Neurosis concerts I have ever been. A wall of sound that was aggressive yet surrene.
