    Hilariously entertaining!

by Den2Durham on 2/6/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

Hilariously entertaining for the rest of us who have lived through the tech evolution from the inside or the outside (not just a night out for nerds). Well on its way to the Broadway stage!

by DBCary on 2/5/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

Nerds was so funny! My husband isn't an LOL kinda guy and he was laughing throughout - along with our teenage sons who are total Steves!! We feel like we were there for the beginning of something that will be a household name nationwide very soon. Congrats on a great show!

    NERDS is outstanding

by Duui on 2/5/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

NERDS is thoroughly enjoyable iin all respects. It moves from the very beginning to the finale. It is funiny in so many ways. Te cast were true professions both with their vocal and dramatic delivery. Perhaps the best all around that we have seen in the last year or more.

Nerds is funny, entertaining, but needs polishing

by RaleighWizard on 2/5/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

Over all this satirical musical-comedy story of Bill Gates & Steve Jobs journey from nobodies to the kings of IT, which takes a VERY strong literary license, is funny throughout and overall very entertaining. The second act is much stronger than the first, and the first act's musical numbers need some work (no real punch). There is also an "italian clown" character that seems completely out of place and probably won't make it to Broadway (if this show gets that far, which is should). But the cast does a very good job of bringing these characters to life, and the singing was over all very strong.

It was funny and you could relate to it

by greenview on 2/4/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

The actors were great, but the story line made it so good. Everyone in today's society can relate to the issues of computers and some of us can relate to being a nerd. I hope this makes it to Broadway because I think it would be a success. Diane DeGarmo does a nice job also.

    A great musical

by Anonymous on 2/4/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

My wife got us tickets as a birthday gift. I was a little concerned going in, because I have worked with computers for most of my life, and all of theirs. I found the musical to be very entertaining and quite accurate. I would definitely recommend seeing this.

The funniest side of real life

by Anonymous on 2/4/13Progress Energy Center Fletcher Opera Theater - Raleigh

A brilliant portrayal of 2 well-known business celebrities, in all their sins and glory, with more humor and laughter than an evening of stand-up comedy. The talent of the actors was amazing, and their singing superb. I was most impressed with the performance of Leslie Kritzer (Myrtle). It took me a long time to realize it was her playing the other roles. A true NERD, she is brilliantly funny, and yet wonderfully sexy and strong. Forget Sandra Bullock, Leslie Kritzer has arrived!
