What a great show! Neil Berg is so talented and personable , made it feel like you were in his living room. The singers were amazing! First half of show you felt like you went to a bunch of Broadway shows second half was Christmas tunes that were beautiful. What a great way to kick off the holiday season.
Every artist had an incredible voice. If you are only looking for great voices, this is for you. If you are looking for ANY holiday decor, costuming, backdrops. This is not for you. If you are looking for entertainment other than singing, this is not for you. If you are looking for a program lasting longer than 1 hour, this is not for you. I would recommend considering another holiday entertainment event. I don't typically post reviews. But, I was thankful that my grandmother and other family members did not pay for this. I gave it to them as a gift. Hoping to help others save some money, or at least feel like they have gotten their money's worth.
The performers were decent. The biggest let down was the set, and overal presentation. The audience was presented with essentially a bare stage, with some platforms containing the instruments. I would have expected some props, or something to at least make it appear festive to support the Holiday theme. Even a few Poinsette or maybe something with some snow, even a simple Christmas tree would have gone a long ways. I've seen Junior High School Band concerts have a more warming stage. The four of us that went all left disappointed, and felt we didn't get our Money's worth. I understand this was done in a temporary venue, however we have seen 4-5 other acts in this same venue, and this one was really lacking
We had a wonderful time. This show is full of song, smiles, laughter and Christmas.
Loved-Loved it !!!!!!!! This was one of the nicest way to start the holiday's. Neil is wonderful, hope they come back next year! The signers were fablous
My friend and I were totally disappointed with this so called "Holiday show." To start with there could have been some decorations on the stage. Too bad there was very little holiday music and I don't mean "holy." There are so many great old and new songs in the holiday repertoire. Too bad they were not used. The music sometimes was overwhelming and drowned out the vocalist. The accompanist were stoic and not into the show at all. Gaging how empty the theater was, word must have gotten out about the show. The only saving grace were the vocalist were terrific and definitely put their hearts into this rather boring show.
I haven't had such an enjoyable time at a show in a long time, The singers were truly wonderful and entertaining!!
Truely, a great show. The performers were outstanding. We enjoyed the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed Neil Berg's Broadway Holiday. It was a wonderful mix of Broadway stars, show tunes and holiday songs. There was some major talent on the stage! It was a great way to kick off the Christmas season.
Best musical in long time...Super music, entertainment and talent.
