    Excellent entertainment

by Brian on 2/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

Ran flawless from start to finish My only regret was the seats I have bad knees and ankles and can’t sit comfortably Was able to score a folding chair at top of lower level for finals and was great !

    Sad.

by Nick on 2/27/24MVP Arena - Albany

They make it hard to get in. You can’t bring nothing in. Not even water. I seen mothers with baby bags turned away. And it’s sad. That my family of 4. Spends. $75 a day. to watch our son wrestle. I know I sound cheap. But. The 2 days with food. Was $370 And that’s without hotel. Sucks. When you can’t afford it but you try to give your kids joy.

    Food

by Erin on 3/4/23MVP Arena - Albany

Everything was fantastic, with the one exception being the food selection. The pricing is expected, but there was not one healthy choice. We were not allowed to bring food in at all, so we had to leave our fruit and healthy snacks in the car, and eat deep fried food or ice cream. It was all tasty, but it left us with stomach discomfort.

    Ben and Marilyn Fielding

by Ben on 3/7/22MVP Arena - Albany

We recently attended theNYSPHSAA in Albany N.Y. We got our tickets for the 2 day event from ticketmaster. The first day was fine they checked my phone and there was no problem. The 2nd day the tickets would not come up on my phone. I went to the box office to see if they could help me. There were over 200 people in line trying to get tickets. I had to stand in line over an hour. We missed the beginning of the event. They looked our name up and gave us the tickets. It was very confusing. My husband is handicapped and walks with a cane. I had to do all the running up and down 2 floors. I won't be using ticketmaster again

    Great time

by Silence on 3/1/22MVP Arena - Albany

It was a lot of fun, my youth wrestlers loved it and are motivated by it. I recommend not requiring an additional ticket for the finals, even if it means increasing the price of the other tickets. They should try to get as many spectators as possible for the finalists and it would help promote wrestling as a sport.

    Great Event

    by Wrestling-Dad on 3/1/22MVP Arena - Albany

Price for tickets was crazy I got them 1 week in advance and the price for one session was $30, the day of the event was only $10. I feel ripped-off typical Bait and Switch, never had this problem when it was Times Union Center.

    Terrible Experience

by John on 2/28/22MVP Arena - Albany

The app stopped working and I couldn’t pull the tickets up to get into the arena. I had purchased all 5 tickets online, so I showed the person checking tickets my phone and they redirected me to the line for the box office. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, along with the 4 others with me, I was able to get hard copies. For the $15 surcharge PER ticket, half the price of admission, I would expect a better experience Not worth the money Ticketmaster charges for fear of it not working at the gate to get in.

A great experience watching high school wrestlers at their best! No need to charge different prices because every seat was open seating! Otherwise awesome event!

    NYS High school wrestling

by DJ on 2/28/22MVP Arena - Albany

The wrestling was great. Would have given five stars expect for the experience with tickets...originally told could only get online with ridiculous fees added on. Then told just beforehand you could get them at boxe office(after paying online) Bought 3 session pass, worked fine first session next day told you have to go tonox office stand in line to get paper ticket. No refund on additional fees....

    Wrestling State Finals

by Nan on 2/28/22MVP Arena - Albany

The wrestling was awesome however I was ripped off buying tickets online when at the door they were a total of $12 a person for each session. I purchased ahead of time through ticketmaster and paid over $100. That's a terrible rip off. Plus once inside two diet Pepsi's we're $11. Water was $5 a bottle.
