It's been around for years and still delivers some of the top fitness personalities in the industry. One added highlight are all the companies that are there giving away samples of there products for free.
My family and I attended other events in the fitness industry but this one by far has the best entertainment ever! Beginning with the contestants who participated and the routines the dancers did, were all great. My son competed for the Teen Fitness Physique and won. He worked extremely hard to build his body, which paid off in the end. We were entertained for the evening. And I recommend this to everyone. You don't necessarily have to have someone competing, just go and enjoy yourself.
The prejudging was slightly unorganized and took forever in the am session but the night finals were excellent and organized. Was also proud to watch my girl compete!
competitors were in amazing shape. I was motivated & inspired by their hard work.
This was my first bodybuilding show and I must say that I will never forget it. From IFBB Pros walking around to great performances. I actually got to speak with Johnnie Jackson, Lee Haney, Kai Greene!, and much more. The beginning of the show was a little boring with the over 50 and over 60 bodybuilding routines, but overall it was sensational. Plenty of vendors and free stuff too!
Had a nephew compete and he had over 70 people buy tickets to support him. He worked hard and shouldve came in 1st but the judges told him afterwards that the competition is changing, They shouldve told him way before, not after.
NPC Southern State Championship Was AWESOME !!!!!! Started training that some night for the next show. Muscle Man will rise again...
Had a wonderful time,Muscles all in the house...The music was great.. along with the All of the people in the competion.That is so much dedication to sculpt there bodies to that magnatude..Great entertainment.. :-)
After all the years of this show, you would think they could get it right?.... Wrong music, forgetting competitors names, and what's with those fitness idiots???... It's a bodybuilding show, the fitness was the night before, no one gives a crap about bikini men, when 300 pound super freaks are there.....
I have been told this is one of the biggest and best shows in the area and I was very disappointed. It fell extremely short of my expectations. Purchased VIP seating...worse than "cheap" seats!!! Show ran over...well after 1:00 AM ... too much confusion and time wasted.
