NPC Event
by OhKath on 6/6/17DECC's Symphony Hall - DuluthThe event was amazing - the host hotel was HORRIBLE. Inside room with NO windows and hence HORRIBLE internet. A shame that the hotel ruined things when could have been a class A event.

Prejudging event in morning Saturday had two different prices on different documents. One was for $15 general admission and the other was $20 general admission. Of course the $20 was charged with no one willing to check into it. The morning prejudging was 4 hours long and the evening show awarding trophies and watching some routines and some judging was 5 hours long. Grandma's a sponsor of the event hosted a party after Saturday nights event and only served booze. No food was available.
I thought the whole event was AWESOME! My brother looked amazing! The competitors work so hard!
It was a wonderful show with good lighting and ability to see clearly. I would go again.
EXCELLENT SHOW!!! Very well run! I would highly recommend this event to anyone interested in bodybuilding.
Show was a great time, well organized, exciting and fun to watch all the competitors do their routines and receive awards. I would definitely watch this show again!
It was totally awesome to see my son, who is blind, up there competing with the BIG boys. The women were beautiful and the men gorgeous!
The only reason we went was to support a friend in the competition. The cost of tickets was very high and not worth the product we saw. The event was not well organized. The contestants clearly weren't prepped on what to expect as they were walking all over stage, running into each other at times. It was a free for all on stage and off. Contestants were changing clothes in the entrance, in the lobby where vendors were set up as well as inside the auditorium. They were very disruptive to those actually competing on stage by walking all over. It was chaos from the minute we walked in.
Awesome to have a bodybuilding show in my home town!
