Saints player autograph most exciting part for me!
by MSRNOLA on 2/11/13Mercedes-Benz Superdome - New OrleansUpon entry into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, I was greeted with a Super Bowl XLVII Media Day drawstring bag to be worn as a backpack. Inside of the bag contained: Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor (Colts-limited edition) Ruffles Ultimate Sweet & Smokin' BBQ chips Gatorade G-Series Energy Chews Old Spice Champion Body Wash (trial size) Head & Shoulders 2 in 1 dandruff shampoo and conditioner (trial size) Pack of 10 Gridiron NFL Trading Cards Tide PODS (1 capsule) Two McDonald's coupons for one Free Big Mac and one Free Small Fries NFL/Castrol neoprene beverage holder (holds 6 cans/bottles) LIVE Sports Radio FM Dual Scan earpiece (for listening to player interviews). My seat was in Sec 116, Row 32, Row 5, and I felt like I needed binoculars to see the players being interviewed on the field. Of course the interviews were televised on split screens all over the Superdome, but I wasn't sitting as close as I would like to have been. My highlight was that upon entry to the Superdome there were cheerleaders handing out two different color tickets (Blue and Purple) for Saints player autographs. I happened to receive a Blue one. Come to find out the Blue tickets were for Darren Sproles' autograph and the Purple tickets were for Malcolm Jenkins' autograph. One autographed item and one picture was allowed to be taken with the player in order to keep the line moving. Overall the event was exciting, but I do feel like the Media Day bag could've been filled with more items catered to the ladies. Women love the NFL too!
