Myq Kaplan has appeared at the New Faces show of the 2009 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham". He was voted Best Local Comedian in the Boston Phoenix, and won March Comedy Madness 2009 at Caroline's in New York. Myq was a finalist in the Boston Comedy Festival and Comedy Central's Open Mic Fights.   He was named Boston University's Funniest Student and featured at the inaugural Great American Comedy Festival. His CD Vegan Mind Meld is on sale on iTunes and his joke "Jews and Sea Creatues" was animated and can be seen on Funny or Die.  He most recently competed on Last Comic Standing and ranked in the top 5. He spent about 5 months on the Last Comic Standing tour.

    So Worth It

    Myq Kaplan was on point. I laughed for the whole set and his openers were decent. When we left we agreed to try more events that Great Scott because this one was so good and inexpensive. Go see him if you can it was worth it!

    Myq was hilarious! Hes an intellectual so his jokes were witty, smart, and simply hilarious. I loved all his jokes....hes definitely interesting and funny. His routine covered topics such as gays rights, being a vegan, jewish (lol), and adds some dirty humour. Great comedian. Hes now one of my favourite comedian. Dont miss the chance to see this little guy perform. He wont disappoint!
