Mykki Blanco Tickets

Opened for Florence, wasn’t really a good show on his part. Had higher expectations since she was good + the other opening act was better

Firstly, the DJ at this event was amazing. I especially liked when he mixed Partition with Pour It Up. It got me excited for the performer. Maybe a bit too excited. Mykki got on stage and ran though a song or two. Then hit us with this hot freestyle, and then I heard it. The beginning to "Wavvy". I was beyond ready to get down, but one line in and you ran off the stage. I thought fine, a little more pregame never hurt anybody, but you never came back. In an attempt to satisfy the audience you brought back the DJ, but then he mixed in "Booty Bamboo" which only made us think of the performer we paid to see that was not there. There was a lot left to be desired as I exited The Howard Theatre. I give this a fair 2 stars because of your DJ.

Excellent show. The lights by Scott Hadley were sick, and the guest DJ's turned it out! Mykki came on a bit too late and had to keep singing a capella after they shut her mic off.

Lots of energy, great performance. Mykki really engaged the crowd! The freestyles after each song were really dope.

Such a talented rapper who isn't deterred by the homophobic tradition in rap music. Super engaging performer, amazing vibes, all-around great show

Doors were at 8:30. Crappy DJs played until some horrible "singer" came on and wailed for three songs... back to DJs (this one a bitter better) ...Mykki doesn't begin until literally 12:30am after a whole night of intoxication. He couldn't keep his eyes open. It was his birthday, ok I get it but I just stood here for 4 hours waiting for your sloppy performance. If his other shows are similar I will definitely never attend again regardless of my love for his music.
