Jason Kertson and Amanda Hardy were amazing! Their talent is way beyond their 13 years! Their covers of AIC songs stole the show. They had the crowd begging for more. All the bands were amazing but these 2 really stood out.
Slickly produced, with the right combination of acts. Even with the few glitches (tardness), the wait time between acts seemed minimized by the great slide show between them. Shawn Smith Was awesome, then a sharpened My Sister's Machine came on to finish strong with a set that blew everyone in the house away! I will be at every Layne Staley Tribute & Benefit from now on!
The energy from Lane lives on. My Sister's Machine rocked!
My Sister's Machine, while a great band pouring their hear's out was so loud it was painful to try to listen to. It was a shame that such talented, dedicated musicians should have been the star of the show. While all the bands were loud, theirs was crancked up to the point of pain. For me, the band just prior to My Sister's Machine was the highlight.
