Thunderslam

I went thinking this was going to be another show with trucks trying to drive through a mud pit. But when the show started and the motorcycles jumping like circus acts! Was so awesome!! I have no other word that is as describing!!
This show was HORRIBLE!! I have been to Monster Truck shows before and I dont know that you would actually want to call this one. I thought I was at a high school assembly and the principal was putting on the show. I cant beleive that anyone would have the audacity to charge that much money for the horrible show they put on. I will NEVER go to this event again at the Travis County Expo Center. I recommend not going to this venue and watching it stay home and see it there. Not worth the money or the time. Such a waste and a dissapointment!!
Those Monster trucks are crazy, nothing but pure power and made to get your adrenalin and heart pumping. To see a monster truck do a dough-nut and spin like a top with the sound of a raging motor rumbling through your body is something a person can only appreciate by seeing and feeling it at a live event. Watching it on TV does not compare. It's crazy and so worth going to see, i dont think it would be possible for a person to be dissapointed with the show.
My 11yo son, was glad he went because he had never been. Deff not the show u r used to seeing on tv, but for the price and the closeness of the seats it was great.
Bring ear plugs. very loud. 3 motorcycles, 3 4-wheelers, 4 monster trucks. it was fun to see and be so close. be sure to get in line for the truck ride.
First time at an event like this. I thought my kids would enjoy it. They liked certain parts (Motorcycle jumps, car crushing) but got bored after first round. I could have done without the Quad racers. I also expected to see more monster trucks, there were only 4 at this show. Event wasn't overly expensive (about $70 for 4 of us) but maybe with a few extras it would have been more exciting. I think if the arena was filled with dirt it might have had a biggger impact in the overall show. I kind of think that monster trucks and dirt go together, not a concrete floor. The arena was very bright and the announcer was very hard to hear. First and last itme for this event
