    Fantastic Experience

by Skylar on 3/27/24Van Andel Arena - Grand Rapids

We took our almost 3 year old to the event and he had so much fun! There was very little downtime between events, which is perfect when you have a busy toddler! The trucks and events all were so fun and did so well!

Seats are tiny at the arena

by too big to fit seats on 3/26/24XL CENTER - Hartford

The seats at the arena is like being squeezed into the backrow of a Spirit flight. Assuming they were designed by someone tiny in stature that didn't consider variety in human sizes, as anyone 5ft 10+ will be extremely cramped. By all means go enjoy your show somewhere else if you have the option - even aisle seats are cramped in.

    Awesome Event

by Ryan on 3/26/24Protective Stadium - Birmingham

Monster jam in Birmingham was on fire!🔥 They drivers went all out and tore there trucks up in their first visit to protective stadium in Birmingham. I would definitely go back. The venue was very clean. Although some of the concession workers were a little rude it didn’t disappoint for a great event. I’m have been going to monster jam for 24 years. I have been to 5 different states to watch. I will be looking into going next year if they go to Birmingham!! I definitely recommend this venue and my wife and I drove 5 hours to get there all the way from south Louisiana (west of New Orleans) to attend this event!! It was well worth it!

    Great Experience

    by r8cefanZombie on 3/26/24Protective Stadium - Birmingham

My Wife and I attended the Monster Jam at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama on 23 March 2024. As far as our experience, we had a great time. We did hear from some other people that attended that we talked with about some things that could be addressed. Put Party- (PROS) We enjoyed the way the trucks were staged and the lines for waiting to get to the drivers. (CONS)- One issue that we heard about from talking with some people around us was accessibility for wheelchairs in the pit area. We witnessed a motorized wheelchair getting stuck in the gravel in the pit area. They couldn’t get to the trucks so it was waisted time and money. Event (PROS)- There’s not a bad seat at Protective Stadium. We enjoyed the racing and the free style. Pre Race commentary was entertaining. (CONS)- The stadium bag policy should be listed on Ticketmaster. Some people close to us in line were finding out in line that only clear bags were allowed in the stadium.

Entertaining but venue way too small

by Elpol on 3/26/24Van Andel Arena - Grand Rapids

This show would be amazing on a large stadium setting. We went to the arena show at van andel Arena in Michigan and it wasn't nearly as good as I was expecting it to be.

    I expected more

by kpierce on 3/26/24Protective Stadium - Birmingham

I can't believe that with all that extra room, all we saw were trucks high jumping, plus only 3 even tried a backflip. Freestyle is supposed to be when drivers show their stuff. This time it was like nobody had a plan. They drove around for the first minute and then did a few jumps. A few stopped with 30 or more seconds on the clock. The 3 backflips were the highlight of the show. For me, that comes to $75 a backflip. I think I'll stay home next year.
