About

Teen heartthrob Mitchel Musso may be best known as an actor, but the young star is also a pop singer. Musso, who made girls around the world swoon in his role as Oliver "Smoken" Oken on The Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, added recording star to his résumé in 2009. Musso's story begins in the great state of Texas, Rockwall to be exact. Before he was even in his teens, the multi-talented Lone Star native appeared in print ads and TV commercials for the likes of McDonald's and Sony Playstation. At the age of 11, the budding actor landed a role in the Michael Caine/Robert Duvall movie Secondhand Lions, playing Haley Joel Osment's cousin (and the nephew of Caine and Duvall). Prime-time movies, guest appearances on hit TV shows, and a major voice-over role in Steven Spielberg's Oscar-nominated Monster House followed. Musso's work with Disney afforded him the opportunity to sing on several soundtracks. In 2009, the teen magazine mainstay took his music to the next level when he released his self-titled debut album on Walt Disney Records. The 12-song collection was a musical cross between Hanson and the Jonas Brothers. The singer/actor/musician lives in Los Angeles with his mother, father, and siblings. ~ Todd Sterling, Rovi

    A Great Event

by jessmom on 9/18/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

The concert was very good. We enjoyed both opening acts, even though we never did hear the name of the first performer. Stereo Skyline was very good. They were great at interacting with the crowd. Mitchel was excellent. The concert was very entertaining. Mitchel threw several free CDs and t-shirts into the crowd. Even though it was a small venue, we weren't close enough to catch anything. We didn't want to compete with all the screaming girls. My daughter really enjoyed herself. We were a bit upset that KSM withdrew from this concert, but we still really enjoyed ourselves. The room wasn't overcrowded, so there was plenty of room in the back for parents. The Chameleon Club is nice. There is a parking garage right across the street.

    MItchell Musso

    by skyb0808 on 9/13/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

Mitchell Musso performed a great concert. My daughter really liked him and I as the mother, thought he did a really nice job. The crowd was very entertained. However, the actual event was not so good. The concert was scheduled to start at 6. We didn't even start going into the building until 6. The concert finally started at 6:30. The opening act was changed, which was a big disappointment. There was a local kid who opened and he had no stage presence. I hope he learned from watching Mitchell. The next act was a group of guys who you couldn't understand since the music was 3x louder than the voices. It was heavier music than what we listened to and I was not pleased with them at all.

    Mitchel Musso was awesome!

    by Jllaird1 on 9/12/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

He performed at the Chameleon Club in Lancaster, PA. It is a small venue but it was nice to know that Mitchel would perform in a place like that. He rocked the place. I took my daughter who is 16. I didn't know a thing about his music and thought that I would head to the other side of the club with the adults. Well, was I wrong. He was fantastic. I truly enjoyed the music and his performance. He was very much into the crowd. The girls were going crazy. The show is all my daughter keeps talking about and wants to go to Philly on Sunday to see him. I wish I could but it is too far away to go on a Sunday. The band that performed before him are his friends. I think they are called Stereo Skyline. They were excellent. A great bunch of guys. So in any event, it was great and I can't wait to see him again.

The show was great. My kids had an amazing experience. Great place to see your first concert, They would never have been able to get that close at a bigger venue.

by Batmanlover on 9/12/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

He sang well in concert, was super cute!! We were able to get pretty close! The only complaint is it could have been a little longer... We just couldn't get enough of him! Overall though it really was a great and rememberable show!

    My Teens loved the show!!

by NumberOneBestMomEver on 9/12/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

Mitchell Musso put on a great performance. The band that came on before them, Stereo Skyline was almost as good. I was very happy with the music and the venue. I would take my teenage daughters to see him again. No swearing or rude lyrics which I found refreshing.

    Very Cool Show!

by RockLuver on 9/12/09Chameleon Club - Lancaster

Our daughter loved this show. The band Stereo Skyline was great and it was fun to meet them afterwards. Mitchel Musso was a definite crowd pleaser - he interacted with the audience in many ways - always connected. You could tell he wanted to make everyone there feel special. The venue has no seats, so be prepared to stand. It was a little crowded around the band after the concert - not much room to move. It was a great value. We had fun!
