Miss Universe Tickets

I chose a seat close to the stage and was a little upset that I got the obstructed view. Well, it’s my fault for thinking the note that indicated “obstructed view” (prior to buying the ticket) would not be too bad at all. We get to stand close to the stage and the securities didn’t care at all.

Very bad organization. VERY BAD. I paid 4 good vies ticket but i didnt see any part of the show. I had to watch it on the screen the whole show . People were standing over their seats and nobody could enjoy the show. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . I lost my money

1. a long hour wait to get in to the entrance of building. 2. security personnel unfriendly and not to cooperative 3. we couldn find the bar code, but we had proof of payment, confirmation number, seats assigned and sent us outside to get the tickets printed, they couldn't help us and there we lost 45 more minutes. Finally my niece kept searching at my cell phone and found the so called bar code. They let us in to see the show 45 minutes later. Once inside it was so crowded where we had our seats. We skipped the seating area and sat close to where the camera men were because it was unpassable. 3. The manager that was on a wheel chair knew about our 2 hour long wait. Hope you train your personnel to be more understanding. we were 82 yr old lady 72 yr old man. 41 year old male and my 19 yr old niece. 4. Bad experience but we tried to enjoy the show whom we saw from the side of the stage by where the camera men were.

We stood outside in line for an hour. The entrance doors to the convention center didn’t open until 5 min before showtime. When they did open, there was NO SECURITY & NO CROWD CONTROL. We were told to “hurry up and just go. It’s 4 min to showtime”. Got stopped at the auditorium doors & had to wait longer. Because it’s a live show and we can only enter on commercials. We missed the delegates’ introduction, we missed the introduction of the hosts, we missed the opening number. We were told we could watch it on our phones. When the auditorium doors opened, everyone rushed the doors and in to the auditorium to find seats. Finally, we found ours. However…we couldn’t see the stage because the people in the front sections the (100’s section) STOOD ON THEIR CHAIRS THE ENTIRE PAGEANT except on the commercial breaks. People were standing in the aisles, on their chairs, wherever they wanted to. NO SECURITY to tell them to please stay seated. NO SECURITY to tell people to stay out of the aisles. We were in the 200’s section and were forced to watch the pageant on a projection screen. To top it off, the director of the pageant let it all continue as well. She didn’t address the patrons’ actions for the safety & consideration of others. IT WAS A HUGE MESS OF THOSE IN AUTHORITY POSITIONS NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH TO MAKE THE EVENT A SAFE & SUCCESSFUL ONE.

The pageant and preliminaries were great, but the staff and security at the Convention Center could not have been any worse, amateurish, unprofessional and rude! Thousands of people only 4 doors open, one by one!!! Exiting after dress rehearsal only one door open!!!

I bought 7 seats to enjoy this events with friends and the nobody help us to find the seats. They opened the doors very late. Numbers in the seats were small and it was very hard to find the rows.

I was very disappointed about the setting buying a ticket that didn’t provide a good option on how or where exactly was going to be seating didn’t make a great experience. I think a better job could have been done with the seating map and stage

The venue was clean, spacious and easy to find..the crowd was a bit rowdy and there were not much security personnel..some people from ptehr parts of the venue moved to the front because there were no barriers nor security

I’m also pretty sure that certain countries will always be in the top 16 due to the following they bring to the pageant!

I have never seen anything like it before! For the high price of tickets.. they all seemed like floor level..which then caused everyone to stand on their chairs.. it was a rather ridiculous crowd - incredible behavior! Absolutely NO CLASS!!
