The Comedy Garage was hilarious.
by TheOldEngineer on 1/24/11The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorThe show was quite well done for being in its infancy. I suspected the comedians would be playing the major role, and they were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they kept the material clean. The venue advertised that the show was for adults only, and I didn't realize that the venue sold alcohol in the auditorium. This is in deference to those comedians who feel they have to have filthy material to be funny. The two comedians, and Michael, showed that everyday events can be hilarious. Jons review of the Dodge commercials was very funny, and Henry's reference to growing up as a non-Korean-speaking perosn in America was interesting and funny, but his description of vacationing in Korea was hilarious. I thought that reference to Michaels "non-winning" (not losing) streak was a little overdone. I would have expected a little more backdrop, such as an old-time gas station/garage facade. Sadly, pictures were prohibited.
