Michael put on a great show.loved it!!! Julia Klee was the opener and she has the most amazing voice! She will soon be the headline show!
The smaller, Montrose room venue is very nice. View if the stage is accessible wherever you are sittng and certaining the price is right. No Smoking Thank G-d. However, seating is first come first serve and the first two rows of tables are usualy reserved. So, if you do not there early enough you will be standing. NOT GOOD. The McDermott concert was entertaining. He is very talented but personally I would not care to see him more than once.
He has the coolest, sexiest voice, an unbelieveable song-writer, so much emotion. I don't understand why he's not more famous -- should be playing big venues, but I'm glad he's not. It's great to see him perform in more intimate surroundings.
Loved the show and the venue. Good sightlines, good sound. Warm up band was highly entertaining -- you could tell they were having a great time -- violin and slide keyboard added unique sound quality. Michael McDermott was amazing -- can't wait to see him again in a couple weeks!
