    Noise Makers

by OakHills on 6/15/16The Forum - Inglewood

I think the Forum should eliminate the artificial noisemakers in the arena. The horns and drums.

Wrestling Was Great, Crowd Was Rude and Unruly

by formertitleholderoflongag on 4/16/15The Forum - Inglewood

As a former collegiate and AAU wrester, I enjoyed the athletics. The sight lines and seats were good and the help from the ushers was fantastic; you have a very helpful, well-trained crew. However: 1) the $25 parking fee was outrageous. 2) I had a very good seat (Section 129, Row 11, Seat 7) to see the stage but faced a bank of lights aimed at various angles at the two wrestling mats; one of the lights was directed straight at us and was nearly blinding. I had to watch the action with one hand over my eye, squinting, it was so bright. (I see only out of one eye.) 3) I was sitting amid a large crowd of Iranian or Iranian-American fans; Iranians love wrestling, their country's greatest sport. I get that and think it's terrific. However, some of this contingent, which was about half the crowd, was allowed to blow very loud horns and other high-pitched instruments and continually scream in the ears of others, ignoring our polite requests for them to tone it down. It was unbelievably loud and uncomfortable. Many older people or people with young children simply got up and left, or gave up their good seats to sit up higher in cheap seats away from the noise. I bought a ticket for the whole day, all of Sunday, but left before the finals, because there were seven Iranian wrestlers in the finals at 6 p.m. and I couldn't take the blaring of the horns anymore. There should have been announcements and other attempts to keep the fanatics more considerate and quiet. So I never saw the finals I paid for. It pretty much ruined the day for me, and for many others who left early and didn't return for the finals. I'm a great admirer of Iranian wrestlers and their long history of excellence, but a small faction of the large Iranian crowd ruined it for many of the fans.

It woykd be great if those seats were available to everyone. Over all my seats were beyond amazing we sat right by mat A row 1 seat 1and 2. We also got great autographs and oictures with the athletes it wss just unreal! Seats are uncomfortable no leg room :/. But cant wait for next year!!!!! Go USA

    Real Competition

    by Albert12345 on 4/15/15The Forum - Inglewood

The matches were intense, exciting. The air was thick with the crowd's emotions. More people need to see this. Only downside was that the scorekeeper REALLY needs to take a math course or get hearing aides. Very poor job.

    International wrestling!

by slimtim on 4/14/15The Forum - Inglewood

Outstanding event. The Iranian fans, along with the dedicated fans from around the world, made the event feel as important as an international wrestling event should feel.
