When is the box office open?

Beginning Tuesday, June 1, 2010, the Box Office will be going to Summer Hours. The Box Office will now be open Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The Box Office will be closed on Saturdays throughout the summer. The Box Office will only be open on Saturdays throughout the summer for various on sales and events. Please also note that the final day of operation for the Mellon Arena Box Office will be Friday, July 30. We will open up the CONSOL Energy Center Box Office at 10am on Monday, August 2. Sunday: Closed (except on event days) Event Days: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Box Office hours are subject to change as a result of varying event times or holidays.

What payment types are accepted?

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call tickets can be picked up 1 hour prior to the event at gate 1 which is the Box Office Will Call Window. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

What are the parking options at Mellon Arena?

2,500 on-site spaces are available for most shows. Prices vary due to locations and proximity from $8.00 to $25.00. Advance parking is now available for purchase for select events.

What are the general rules of Mellon Arena?

The camera policy varies from show to show. Professional cameras, VCRs and recording devices are not permitted. Weapons, firearms, cans, laser pens, bottles and smoking are prohibited.
