The floor seating was terrible. The most boring show i ever been too, intermissions were too long with no type of activity. I really deserve a refund, show was so bad i left early......
This was my first concert ever...and I wish I had saved my money. We couldn't understand anything that was said on the mike because the music overpowered the words. The best part for me was the intermission; they play pre-recorded music that got everyone up and dancing. The concert started late and we never got to see Mel Waiters...and we didn't leave until after 11:00. Four hours of "what are they saying?" and "can you hear what they're singing?". Everyone around us was complaining about the bad audio system. Good thing I can dance to anything. I stayed on the floor because I refused to pay that kind of money and not say that I had gotten my money's worth of a good time. Next time I'll just party at a friend's house.
This event was very Unorganized They were letting people bring food in and we had no idea that you could bring food in Need better advertisement
Bobby Rush & Mel waiter was off the chain The HOST dressed in red was CHI town ready Jesse Jackson prayer for Bobby Blue Bland was awesome!!!!!!!! Hubby's Bday weekend he enjoyed it still talking about it.....
It was the best so far this season I really enjoy the down home blues and the entertainment. the mood was set just right it was a great night
I got 4 tickets came all the way from Iowa got an overnight hotel room and get all the way to the Arie Crown to find out that Bobby was in the hospital and we still was going to go but on the paper it said Charles Wilson and not charlie Wilson so yeah we said we wanted the refund but because we got our tickets from ticket masters I had to wait until today to call for them to tell me I might not get my money back. This some crazy S I bet I get mines back.
If it wasn't for my sister I would have requested a refund the main reason I attend this even is because do Bobby Blue Bland. I'm sorry is ill and I do wish him well.
i really enjoyed the show,hated for it to end,brought back old memories and i felt it was all for me. the crowd was good I had great seats and I am waiting on the next show.The price of the ticket were well worth it and more.
Show was outstanding. Only drawback was power hungry fire marshall and his crew of merry men.
It was an average concert to me, i was expecting to be more entertained. Shirley and Mel put on a good show, Sir Charles was a disappointment due to him appearing to be on some type of drug which hurt his performance, and Taylor and Bobby were just average. I probably won't go next year depending on which artists will be coming.
