BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Singer-songwriter Meg Myers was born in Nashville and grew up in Tennessee's Smoky Mountains. As a teenager she discovered alternative bands like Nirvana and Alice in Chains and began writing her own songs and teaching herself to play the guitar, piano, and bass. At 19 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music career and spent the next few years playing local and working as a waitress. In 2012 she met producer Doctor Rosen Rosen, a prominent remixer who's worked on tracks by Lily Allen, Britney Spears, M.I.A., and Lady Gaga. He signed Myers to a production deal and the duo collaborated on her debut EP, 2012's Daughter In The Choir. After her song "Monster" gained traction online, she penned a deal with Atlantic Records and released sophomore EP Make A Shadow in 2014. Standout singles "Desire" and "Heart Heart Head" impressed critics with their fearless lyricism and dark themes, earning her comparisons to Fiona Apple, Alanis Morisette, and Patti Smith. Since then Myers has gained a stellar reputation on the live circuit with tours alongside Broods and The Pixies and show-stopping performances at Lollapalooza and the Governor's Ball.

I saw Meg Myers at an intimidate acoustic show and it was phenomenal. You could feel the emotion in the lyrics and in the way she sang. I was brought to tears a couple of times, saw the same in others around. The main reason I fell in love with her in the first place is a live show I saw in 2015 and I will say listening to the albums and videos cannot compete with seeing and hearing her live. It was an experience I will never forget.
Where some voices merely move you, Meg Myers will shake your soul and take your breath away. Whether from her charming personality, enchanting beauty or stunning vocals, her passion, talent and raw power shine through in every performance. Meg Meyers’ has evolved and her talent grows. I’m a fan of her early music and miss the old bands, but this show was solo and her talent, especially her extremely powerful voice and energy was on display. If you’re a fan you’ve got to see a live show!
She is one of the most talented performers out there today. Every song she sang was with great emotion and precision letting the crowd into her private life sharing the good bad and the ugly grains of sand that life send through the hour glass. I have seen many many concerts ranging from the likes of Bo Didley, Van Halen, AC/DC, Papa Roach, Lumineers, etc and I must say that in my mind she rankes up there with the best of them. I hope she reallly makes it big! I highly recommend if any one gets a chance to see her live go!
This was my stepdaughters first concert and she loves Meg. I thought she was awesome, very talented individual! I liked that it was a small venue so we could get a great experience especially being a first time concert for one of us. Would definitely see her again.
Meg is a generational talent. Her musical genius is such a phenomenal thing to see. Hearing her music recorded then hearing the same music live with an unique take that sounds just as good as a studio recording only proves that she is a true artist!! Would definitely go to see her again!!

Had the best time, the best spot up from at the stage absolutely amazing, also got autographs and a weathers album 🔥 The drummer broke a piece to his symbol and we got it, and had it signed!!! Plus Meg Myers sung a song to us in VIP and she signed my arm and I got it tattooed! 🥰 The best time such gr at memories! Thank you!
