    Me & Jezebel

Good acting, innovative ways by just these two main to bring other characters into the performance, without their actual presence. Also learned somethings new about Bette Davis

Amazing show about an amazing story

by BungalowBill123 on 9/8/13Snapple Theater - New York

I loved it. So intimate, so funny. The host/author/narrator was excellent, but she should stop saying she's not an actress, she's wonderful! "Bette" was fantastic. And what a story. As much as I adore Bette Davis, I could not see myself having a house guest so selfish, overstay her welcome for such a long time. Thank god for Liz, that she had the patience to endure Bette, so that we are lucky enough to have this history. There was so much to like about this show/story. I loved how a selfish self absorbed star bonded so wonderfully with Liz' four year old son. Hysterical and touching all at the same time. It showed Bette's humanity and heart. Thank you Liz, I laughed like crazy and cried some too. A true sign of a great show.

    Great Acting

by Maldonna on 9/1/13Snapple Theater - New York

Not your usual Broadway experience. This show was at the Snapple theater on 50th St. It is a very small theater with a cozy atmosphere. I don't want to get too much information away but this play is based upon a true story. It involves Bette Davis. It is an enjoyable show where actor Mr. Moore who plays Bette Davis is quite entertaining.

Small theatre. Seating is practically on the stage with the 2 actors. Minimal props -2 acts . Very funny. Bette was excellent. Well worth seeing

Delightfully entertaining from beginning to end!

by Dr1224 on 7/27/13Snapple Theater - New York

Although a comedy, there were sentimental scenes that may bring a tear to your eye even while you're laughing out loud. Kelly portrays a perfect Ms. Davis and the rolls of his eyes are worth the price of admission. Ms. Fuller does a delightful re-telling of this month long visit from Betty when she was just an impressionable young mom.

Wit, Timing, Great Material: A Great Evening!

by Melissande on 7/27/13Snapple Theater - New York

The theater was packed with happy, laughing people. The Bette Davis re-creation (I can't call it an impersonation; this is better) was, in itself, a triumph. But this is a play that actually has a story, and one you want to keep hearing and seeing. Not just a string of anecdotes, the play has several levels, including the impact of a diva, who was extravagantly self-centered without remorse, upon the good marriage of the normal people she stayed with for a while. A non-stop delight.
