amazing time.. location was really cool.. enough room for everyone. line for refreshments was a bit long but understandable. would definitely do it again.
Overall i had a great time! Hot guys, great music. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the performer. It was suppose to be a grammy winning diva, but ended up being some club girl. I go to NYC pride every year though and will continue to go!

It was nice to see the Matinee people here in NYC!. Although the music was far from being as cool as in Spain, the whole event was really good. Venue: superb! Logistics: really good. Never felt the crowd, not even at the pier. Music: didn't make me say "wow". Matinee has great DJs but I guess they were not booked for this party. I was expecting killer DJs from Spain. But it was OK I guess.
Based on the Trailer for the event, I expected much more than what I saw and heard. The shows were very lackluster and boring as they mostly had go-go dancers barely dancing. The stage was underutilized and their were nary a decoration to give the stage any life. The music was typical and at times quite boring and minimal; though, I imagine some would consider the music to have been good. No disrespect to the DJs who were competent in their mixing skils; they just were not very creative and kept it fairly uneventful. The venue by itself is a fine venue and actually quite nice. It's the only outdoor venue of this type in the city and is most welcomed, but Matinee DID NOT live up to expectations based on the Trailer and the tagline of the greatest party in Ibiza. I wouldn't recommend the party nor going to Ibiza based on this.
The party was just ok....the venue space was amazing but the party itself was nowhere near as good as the trailor teezer for the party. The perfomances were on the lame side and the beverage situation was rediculous. For a party that size there should have been better organization.
The music was great, the crowd was very sexy, and my friends and I had a blast!!!

I have been in this same party and always is fantastic but this time i want to congratulate ticket master because i coul have a ticket in the fastest time and with no complications, eventhough i wasnt in my country and it was a few hours before the show. thank u
