Martha Speaks Tickets

Liked it very much. Would recommend to my friends. Only 1 hr show. Perfect for the little kids.

The show was very entertaining and held my attention for the entire time. Good for adults and children alike.

Very crowded; hot theater. Performance seemed rushed and very loud.

Generally we love events of all kinds featured at the Michigan Theater, so we were super excited to take our 4 almost five year old granddaughter to see Martha Speaks. I’m so sorry to say we were very disappointed because all speaking and singing were so terribly loud, it was practically impossible to enjoy and so much so that sometimes we could not even understand what was being said. It began even with the MC’s introduction and carried through until the end of the production. The sheer loudness made the experience less than a favorable for all three of us. Our seats were in the 2nd row, center balcony. Not sure if it was just that location where the sound seemed to broadcast so exceptionally loud…or if it was loud everywhere. We have tickets to take her to Seusicall the Musical, and if it’s going to be just as loud, we may reconsider and request our $$ back. You probably can’t guarantee that one way or another, but just need to let you know we were extremely disappointed, and it was a really difficult hour to sit through.
