Overall just an enjoyable event. A smaller more intimate venue.

by tmsoap on 1/6/15South Shore Room at Harrah's Lake Tahoe - StatelineGood show. Amazing line up. My main complaint is that they took a 20-30 minute break in the middle of the show to sell merchandise in the lobby. It's great to have the artists available to meet and greet, sign autographs etc. and I love to support them by purchasing a couple of things, but I could not believe they did it in the middle of the show. They use the showroom as a nightclub and have to clear it out and reset the room to open at 10pm. The shows at Harrah's Tahoe are always too short, then add the "intermission", there just was not enough time for all the great performers in this line up. Great to see Little Charlie Baty and Rick Estrin on stage together again. Elvin Bishop killed it as usual and Mark Hummel as the ringleader was fantastic.

Rating: 4 out of 5 The Harps were HAPPENING!
by DivaBluesDoll on 4/6/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkThe entire event was exceptional! Especially Kenny Neal! It was amazing to see the legendary Jerry Portnoy. Everyone from Mark Hummell the host to the last performer was terrific. The dining service was a little slow, but not too much so that I couldn't get back into the music. The back up band was incredible too. They really played with heart and soul. It was great to witness how they flowed from one artist to the next. This was a birthday present for my husband who is also a harmonica player and he was thrilled. So glad we went.
