MARISELA IN CONCERT:
Platinum blonde Latin pop sensation Marisela continues to be an icon nearly two decades after her debut, living up to her reputation as the Latin Madonna with racy performances and her signature girly vocal style. Marisela thrilled concertgoers at her 2013 shows, taking the stage in slinky outfits to perform nostalgic hits like "Sin El" and "Mi Problema," and fans can count on another healthy dose of blonde ambition as she hits the road for more tour dates in 2014.Ā
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Los Angeles to Mexican immigrant parents, Marisela made her album debut at age 18 with Sin El (1984). All ten of the album's songs landed on the charts, catapulting it to platinum sales and cementing its status as one of the most important Latin pop albums of the decade. She continued to release hugely popular albums throughout the '80s and '90s, with fans and critics alike hailing her as Latin music's answer to Madonna. Donning the same platinum coif and racy outfits that made her famous in the '80s, Marisela delighted fans on tour in 2013, fueling anticipation for another round of performances in 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Great concert! She sang live and with a lot of emotion, very involved with the crowd."
"It was an unforgettable night. She went against the security of the place to be by her fans' side. She was amazing and she gave us more than we expected."
"Great performance! I loved it"

Mariselaās show was beautiful. She was extraordinary. However, the theaterās production was terrible. First off, her mic was super low when the show started. She had to ask production to fix it multiple times. And second, I donāt understand why the theatre allows people to go inside in the middle of the show. There were folks still arriving during the second to last song, which is unbelievable. They ruin the experience for everyone. In addition, the show organizers assigned the wrong seats to a number of people around us creating a lot of confusion while the shows was going. People standing, blocking the stage, for several minutes until they found the correct seats. Honestly, not a good first experience at James L. Knight theater.
It sayed it start at 8 pm, did not started until 9:15 To sing for one hour! That was a rippoff! Paid so much money for few songs! It was not worth at allā¦will not go to her concert again. Sorry!
Loved loved this tour, you didn't disappoint ā¤ļø last time I saw her was in 1988.
She stoole time from the show, she start late and finish on time
Worst event I ever had. I will never pay again to see Marisela. She was late for performing and just leaving the audience in the limbo. Bad actitud for an artist with to any yearās performing. Seats are little uncomfortable, to smalls, to crowded and, donāt have space to put your drink.
Honestly I love marisela but what I paid 320 so I can see her closer it's not worth it because she only sing for 1.5 that's a ripped off HONESTLY . Plus she didn't say a Good bye when she was leaving not an appropriation So my experience was not good.
Great performance. She involved her audience. She still sings and looks amazing.
I love Marisela, this was the 2nd time I watched her but this concert was not good at all! She sang for an hour!! Thats it! I think it was unfair for all the money we all spent to see her.
The security pear permit all the people go in the front block the view if the people like see close need to pay por better seats
