by FAW on 10/23/23Bowery Ballroom - New YorkMargaret Glaspy rocks with a precise powerful guitar accompaniment that could power an 18 wheeler down any road available in the USA. Combined with her lyrics and unique voice the effect is not to clobber you into a senseless dullard but to pick you up and drive you forward. All this force was matched by her drummer at the Bowery Ballroom show, a venue which might not be big enough to contain what this woman has to offer and certainly delivers in the next round. Joy! Yes that’s what I felt.
