Grand Garden Ticket Office:located in the MGM Grand Hotel on the Studio Walk is open on event days only @ 9:00am.

Below are a list of locations you can purchase tickets prior to the day of event for a Grand Garden event inside the MGM Grand Hotel.

Front Desk: 9:00am - 11:00pm
Hollywood Theatre : 3:00pm - 10:30pm
La Femme Theatere : 3:30pm - 11:00pm

Will Call- Taquilla:

Will Call pickup opens day of event at 10:00am
At Grand Garden Box Office. Bring photo ID, credit card, and Ticketmaster confirmation number.Note : for most events ONLY the credit card holder may pick up will call tickets. Should someone other than the card holder need to pick up tickets it must set up in advance : refer to customer service 702 474-4000. Will Call should be picked up 2 hours before show time on day of show.
