Arena was filthy and food is awful

by Cookiesnapper on 3/10/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - Bridgeport

Real nice brand of basketball!!. The facility is a joke. The floor under the seats was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting. This place needs a thorough refurb. Also - the video scoreboard is so small you need "Superman' vision to see it.

Despite Gael loss, tons of fun

by ladymars on 3/9/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - Bridgeport

Good venue for basketball. Easy to get to and park. Fast food was typically bad, and wish there could be more variety - something tastier, more healthy, less fattening. Liked the fact that liquor and wine were sold and allowed in the arena.

    some good - some bad

by JenLondo on 3/7/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - Bridgeport

Webster Bank arena is a great place to take the kids to see a game of any sport. However, we (and other family members) bought the family 4 packs of tickets which put us in the middle of the student section. Also the vouchers said that they could be redeemed at any concession stand, which was not the case - only one of the stands accepted the vouchers and we were unable to exchange the soda for a water (even from the tap).

    Marist Wins

by BigBobbyD on 3/6/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - Bridgeport

From Long Island, a pleasant one hour and 15 minute ferry ride from Port Jefferson to Bridgeport. Depending on how fast you walk 10-15 minutes to the arena from the ferry port. Arena has good seating at a reasonable price to see a game. And wiht the Red Foxes winning, what could be better.
