As always, Lyle Lovett did not disappoint. The experience was elevated by the venue - beautiful, perfect sound, not a bad seat in the house - and by the unexpected guest who blew everyone away - Ramblin' Jack Elliott. What an honor and a rare privilege to see this legend live! I will never forget this night.
Three solid hours of music, stories, jokes & memories. Classy & respectful introduction of Ramblin’ Jack Elliot (93) who made a surprise appearance, to the skills & astonishing musical lives of each of his fellow acoustic band members. A true gentleman, Lyle Lovett has as much personal character as he has musical talent. Very impressive. We enjoyed it very much & would go again in a heartbeat.
We attended Lyle Lovett's concert at the Uptown Theater in Napa, CA, and it was wonderful. The theater is beautiful, and it seems like every seat is a good seat. The performance by Lyle Lovett and his band was outstanding. 92-year old Ramblin' Jack Elliott joined the band for a few songs, and he was wonderful. The entire band is exceptional - and each member has had a career that is mind blowing. It was a perfect event for us!

Always a pleasure to hear him whether with his ultra talented accoustic group or the equally talented big band. The last show didn’t disappoint. An added bonus was the appearance of Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, a friend of Lyle’s. It was a thrill to see them both together on stage.
Every member of the band is a World Class Musician. Fantastic Show. Lyle was as charming and engaging as always.

Lyle summed it up perfectly when he said performing at The Uptown Theater was like inviting musicians into your living room. The theater is beautiful. He played for over 2 1/2 hours! He also interacted with the audience and shared personal anecdotes from his years of performing. The only downside was problems with the audio. We were in the orchestra section and a lot of his songs sounded garbled and like the sound was cutting out.
