Directions:
From I-79 take exit 155 (West Virginia University), turn right onto U.S. Route 19 south. At 3rd traffic light turn left. The Creative Arts Center is on the left.
Parking:
Limited free parking available. Parking is also permitted along Route 19 except at intersections.
Public Transportation:
Patrons may use WVUs Personal Rapid Transit system (PRT). Each ride is $.50. Get off at engineering station.

Box Office Hours:
Creative Arts Center box office regular hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Box office opens one hour before show time for weekend events.

Will Call:
Will call is located at box office in main lobby. Will call opens at 9:00 AM on weekdays and one hour before show time for weekend events. Customers must have actual credit card, picture ID and Confirmation number.
Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is available for all events by contacting the box office. Headsets are available for the hearing impaired at the box office on night of show.
General Rules:
Cameras, recording devices, hard containers, weapons and smoking are prohibited.
Children Rules:
Children 2 & under are free, but must sit on parents lap, all others require a ticket. This rule may vary by show. Please check show event page for correct information.
Miscellaneous:
Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time.
