I thought the performance was going to be better. It was pretty much the same dance for about 1 hour and then it was over. The Ushers thought it was an intermission but it was the end of the show. I paid over 100 for each seat and felt I was cheated because of the similar routine and quickness of the show. I would never see them again.
Theater personnel kept directing tardias to their seats during the first half hour of the performance. It was very distracting. Based on videos of the show “Born to Dance”, we expected a more lively show with different props. Though the artists have incredible talent, the show never left the “warm-up” phase. When it ended we thought it was an intermission and were thoroughly disappointed.
High energy, very talented dancers... extremely sexy men. This show is like a trip to see the best Argentina. Love flamenco.
First time seeing Los Vivancos; excellent show; they are incredible; fastest feet in the world. will go back to see them next time in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Please, Los Vivancos, come back to Florida
We loved it... The dancing, the music and the fact that there was no intermission made it a wonderful experience
There is no doubt that the guys are good dancers. They have skill. That's it. The show itself is not good. The music is extremly loud and with plenty of percussion. This supouse to be a tap dance like show. With so much percusion the impresion is that they are not good dancers and they are "lip syncing" with their feets. The same thing happens with the guy with the fiddle: when he plays, the music on the background has too much strings and it's hard to tell how good the guy really is. The lights are sometimes agresive on the public. It's like the Lighting Technician is competing with the dancers for the atention. The show has indeed a lot of room for improvement.
Great performance, music and lighting were fantastic. But the show was too short.
The dancing is wonderful. The lighting and sound are amateur. At times the light on the stage flashed in my eyes and wasn't comfortable. I would love to see the addition of a couple female (maybe) flamenco dancers.
These guys put on a full tilt hour of movement. We were a bit disappointed by the fact that the ushers told us there would be an hour of dance followed by a 20 minute intermission, and then another hour of dance. Everyone was confused when at the end of an hour, it was over. I think it was a lack of communication between performers and the theater. If not for the confusion, it was a fantastic performance!
