    Good Show

by Scott P on 4/16/24Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

Los Lobos is putting on a great show on their 50th anniversary tour. Great setlist. Only issue was the bass drum and guitar were overwhelming. Vocals and sax were difficult to hear. Could have been the venue.

    50 Years of incredible Music

by Mudcat on 4/15/24Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

Los Lobos put on a show that showcased the brilliance of their 50 year journey. Their songs of love, peace, perseverance, sorrow and joy capture the American experience, not only from a Mexican American perspective but one anyone can appreciate and understand. There are very few bands that can dip into rock, blues, R&B, swing, Tex Mex, so fluently. This is what make them true Ambassadors of American Music. Every member of the band contributes to a sound that is unique and continues to evolve. I have been a fan from the first time hearing them (about 1982) and own every album they have put out. This tour is a celebration. All I can say is “thank you” for being part of the soundtrack of my life. Peace Ese!

the sound system at Hollywood is terrible!

by Paul on 4/15/24Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

While Los Lobos are a terrific mariachi , then poor sound quality at Hollywood casino was so bad that I had to leave. the only way that I can describe it is musical chaos. i have attended shows at this venue before and this is the worst.

Great band...sound system needs some work.

by Quizicat on 4/15/24Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

Los Lobos were great as ever. But the venue has someone running the board that felt the need to try and prove they had big big truly big subs. Just about enough to blur your vision. This is not a Rap band or Trance music. You couldn't make out the vocals or even the guitars all that well. Really punishingly loud kick drum and bass guitar. There is no excuse for it.

This is the fourth time I have seen Los Lobos. They get better each time. Show was fantastic. First time I had been to Event Center at Charles Town. I liked the venue very much.

    Good, sound mix needed adjustment

by Willy on 4/15/24Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races - Charles Town

Great band. Good tunes. Sound tech needs to move around the room. Kick and bass overpowered the rest of the mix the entire show.

    Los Lobos concert

by Stevie the 1 on 3/26/24L'Auberge Casino Resort - Lake Charles - Lake Charles

Great night of music. These guys rocked the house. We don’t get a lot of great acts here in Lake Charles, Louisiana, so I appreciate them stopping here. . Made me pull out all my old Los Lobos vinyl records again. Thanks .

    Well Seasoned Musicians

by 2Scoopz on 3/25/24IP Casino Resort and Spa - Biloxi

Nothing flashy or glamorous, just a group a well-seasoned musicians entertaining with their music. I was not too familiar with their catalog, but I know they are a good band. After a few songs, I thought these guys reminded me of The Heartbreakers, in the sense that you could tell they’ve been playing for a long time and have a tight, but loose feel. Surprise of the night: A cover of Neil Young’s, Cinnamon Girl. If you enjoy watching talented musicians playing good music, go see them, even if you’re not familiar with their catalog.
