Los Angeles Lightning Tickets

Not many people are aware of the fact that there is a pro basketball team in Thousand Oaks California. The LA Lightening of the IBL have five former NBA players on their team. The event was at the new Gilbert Arena at CLU. It was great to see pro players in such an informal atmosphere. I had hoped their would be more tension between the teams, but the play was rather good. The seating was general admission, first come first served. It would have been nice to know that CHILDREN GET IN FREE ahead of time. An awesome family event at a small college venue. The only bummer was the overplaying of music and effects during the game. The computer controlled sounds keep us from hearing the on court banter that you can hear even at the Staples Center during Laker games. Overall, a total treat for my son to see pros up close.
