NHL at it's best!!
Delta Center - Salt Lake City
excellent seats, great crowd, and an amazing game between the Sharks and the Kings!! Would not have thought such an intense game in pre-season, both teams brought their A-games!!

Great Preseason match up
Delta Center - Salt Lake City
I appreciate the NHL scheduling some preseason hockey near our area. I am from Idaho and SLC is my closest venue for professional sports. Hope they build a franchise here soon with the growing popularity of the sport. However, the venue and general atmosphere of any game in SLC leaves MUCH to be desired. Finding our “floor” seats was a difficult and full of elevator Olympics. Only one elevator was allowed to be used by the public and the tunnel was closed all the time. Just getting food was a major chore with mobile ordering. Drink rules as strict as well.

Couldn’t see the goal
Delta Center - Salt Lake City
I took my boy to our first hockey game at the Delta Center. Thought I would have decent tickets. I couldn’t even see goal on our end. We sat second row upper level on the corner/end and had an obstructed view. I was not prepared for that. Disappointing for me and my boy.

Great game!
Delta Center - Salt Lake City
The parking is atrocious!!! Ater paying extremely high ticket prices you have to pay $40 to park. Plus it takes so long to find a place to park. Very disappointed at the price of parking.....last year was $20. You need more places to park @ a reasonable price

What I could see was great!
Delta Center - Salt Lake City
The game was good and the atmosphere was fun, but my seats were not great. I wish I would have been told up front that my chosen seats would have an obstructed view. I have been to hockey games at other arenas and sat in a similar area with no problem seeing the whole ice. With these particular seats my view cut off at the top of the circles so almost 1/3 of the ice wasn’t visible. If I would have been made aware of this I would have chosen a different section. That being said we still had a great time and enjoyed the game.
Los Angeles Kings History
The Kings were founded in 1967 as part of the six-team influx that saw the NHL expand to 12 teams. There were some shining stars; Rogie Vachon was stellar goaltender, while Hall of Famer Marcel Dionne lit the lamp at a furious pace alongside his "Triple Crown" line mates Dave Taylor and Charlie Simmer. The Kings' biggest postseason success during this time was with 1982's "Miracle on Manchester," where the Kings made the largest comeback in NHL playoff history to win 6-5 over the heavily favored Edmonton Oilers, who were led by a 21-year-old phenom named Wayne Gretzky.
Six years later, the Kings landed The Great One. Alongside fellow stars Jari Kurri, Luc Robitaille, Rob Blake, and Kelly Hrudey, the team flirted with success for several years, ultimately losing to the Montreal Canadiens in the Stanley Cup Final in 1993.
Shortly after the turn of the century, the Kings broke through in a big way, winning the Stanley Cup Championship in 2012 and 2014 under coach Darryl Sutter.
