What are the general rules of Lindner Family Tennis Center?
Cameras without flash are permitted. Recording devices are not permitted. Outside food and drink not permitted to be brought onto the grounds. Smoking is not permitted in any stadium, in the food court, or any designated non-smoking area of the facility Rain Policy If session is cancelled after one full match on Center Court is completed, no exchanges or refunds will be made. If session is cancelled without the completion of one full match, the ticketholder is entitled to a ticket to the same session of the tournament the following year. Patrons are advised that the schedule of play as well as session dates, number of matches, and starting times are subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play. Tournament officials reserve the right to determine when a session begins, ends, is delayed or postponed. To receive a ticket exchange, mail stub within 15 days after the cancelled session to: Cincinnati Tennis LLC 250 East Fifth Street Suite 1310 Cincinnati, OH 45202 For mobile tickets, email proof of purchase to tickets@cincytennis.com within 15 days of cancelled session. Only the original purchaser of the ticket may apply. Complimentary, Series, Box, Sponsor tickets, hospitality tent, all inclusive or third party resale tickets will not be exchanged. This policy applies to any court where single session tickets are separately sold. Mobile ticket holders must email proof of purchase to tickets@cincytennis.com within 15 days of the cancelled session to receive a ticket exchange.
